Shipping Policy

We offer free economy shipping on all domestic orders!  This shipping method is 7-10 days.  If you need your items sooner, we offer multiple options for expedited shipping.   The cutoff for same day shipping is 12pm CST.  Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.  Orders are shipped from our storefront located in Blanco, Texas. 

Standard shipping is provided through USPS. Expedited shipping options are available with UPS and FedEx.

Return Policy

You have 21 days to initiate a return/exchange on your regular priced order from the day it was shipped. We do not cover the shipping costs when an item is being returned.

Incorrectly/defective shipped items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper handling.

Once a refund has been given, please allow 5-7 business days, or up to one full billing cycle for your refund to reflect in your bank statements. 

Please note:
Shipping costs are not refunded, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.  They will be taken out of your refund when processed if we provide the shipping label. 

Items returned without authorization will be disposed of without credit being issued or freight being reimbursed.

All sale listed items are Final Sale. Final sale items and BOGO sales are not returnable/exchangeable. 

There are no returns or exchanges on already exchanged items.
